Axess Health Solutions helps eligible children (Under 21 years old) with medical fragility and/or multiple system diagnoses may qualify for GAPP in-home healthcare service. Services require $0 out-of-pocket expense for clients (Medicaid Funded). Services are provided in homes and communities. Allow our quality medical team to serve you! 

Axess Health Solutions helps eligible kids (Under 21 years old) with Autism may qualify for the Behavioral Health Aide through Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) in-home care service. Services require $0 out-of-pocket expense for clients (Medicaid Funded). Services are provided in homes and communities. Allow our quality medical team to serve you!
